Travis hated dating. It took him back twenty years to when he with his First love, Lorelai. Ideally, he would have married her but her parents flipped when they found out she was pregnant.To be fair, he flipped when he first found out and wanted nothing more to do with her but he was only 16 at the time. Her parents had become the overprotective parent/ grandparent and had banned her from seeing him. They only wanted the best for their daughter, just like he didnow.Too much time had passed now and although they were still friends and good parents to their daughter, Rory, he doubted if they would ever be a happy couple again.

He had arranged to meet with Lorelai as usual to talk about how things were going. They were both single now and so discussed the worst date they had been on recently. She was Stunning when she arrived at his house even though they were only having mac and cheese as per usual.

The conversation had turned during the course of the evening to the old days when they dated. "You know you were my first love. I thought I would marry you." She replied that he was her first love too, if only it had worked out better. She lent across the table and moved to Caress his hand.
