Story for the Worker

When looking for a partner many of us try bars, night clubs and even the dreaded blind dates. Iheard that dating websites can be a very successful tool in finding the right person for you. I was not looking for a perfect, hot guy that would maketons ofmoney. I needed a serious commitment with a guy that would be fun, lovable and goal oriented. In short I needed a partner for life.

I set out on my partner for life quest by chatting with different guys and if I found one that I liked setting up a coffee date. I met at least 5 different guys that were okay. They met most of my criteria. They were fun to hang out with, they made me laugh and they were most positively lovable. I still feltsomething wasmissing and I was not able to keep these relationships going for more than two dates.

I finally realized that what these guys and I were missing was passion. Yes passion is very important in a relationship. If a guy can't turn you on than how in the world can he be your life partner? I reset my quest by meeting up with guys that looked like they could turn a girl on. Good looking and quirky guys with gorgeous smiles that made me kinda hot and tingly.

I guess I should have realized this plan would back fire. I ended up meeting several fellows that were too touchy. The kind that like caressing your back when they walk behind you, even if you barely know them. The kind that think its okay to start caressing your behind as they dance with you. I was sick after several of these dates and almost gave up the whole thing.

Where were the lovable guys that would know it was not okay to start feeling and caressing? I went back to my original plan of meeting guys that were interesting versus gorgeous. To this day I still have not found the one, but I think I am narrowing it down and know that soon I will.
