Story for the Worker

I like dating women which means that I tend to be in relationships for no length of time at all. I do have a soul but I just don't feel that it's enough to stay true to one romance.I mean, there are so many stunning women out there. It's so hard to stay true to one lady.My friend was going on a blind date tonight which would personally scare me. I mean you could end up with anyone.

Its hard enough when you know the person your going to be dating. So it's safe to say a blind date is something I'd never do. How wrong was I?So my friend wanted me to come with him for support. I looked through the windows into his soul and I smelt fear and so I was obligated help him out. That's important now. This was for him, it wasn't for me.The blind date as it turns out, went rather well. His date was stunning. My date was not stunning. In fact the only good thing about my date was that she had the voice of a soul singer.

I could have listened to her all nightSadly with my eyes closed. Now don't get me wrong, this wasn't for me so all in all it was a successful night. My friend seemed mighty pleased. I can't say I blame him, apparently she has a twin.A few months later, they got engaged. Who would have thought it? He had no one for ages and now he's at the point of getting married. It feels shocking to me when I say that because it was so out of the blue. I almost selfishly felt left behind.

I quickly got that out of my head. Marriage wasn't for me. I was just a regular guy who liked having a regular supply of girls numbers on a daily basis. I kept saying this to myself but I began to wonder if this wasn't just some adult fantasy I was living. Maybe I was ready to meet someone and be loyal. Maybe I am ready. Yes, maybe finally I am ready.
