Story for the Worker

I've lived in london dating my girlfriend for about 3 years now. It is a very hectic lifestyle though here in the City, not one that I was used to as a child growing up in the countryside. We even lived next door to a farm, even though we had more animals than they had! We had a lovely huge garden, and so many fields around us where we could walk our dogs. I suppose I was very lucky to have had such a spacious child hood.

I went to work in the City and would commute there from here each day, I met my current partner there at my place of work. We were always flirting, we would always have a quiet hug and kisses on our lunch breaks. We even hid away and had sex in my office! Would you believe it? I always thought things like that happened in films. The sex with her was great, she wasn't even my partner back then when it all started. She was always so sexy, sex came first but love definitely followed soon after for both of us.

I decided to move to London to be closer to her, and soon afterwards she moved in with me in my apartment. I had never been so happy, my life was finally going somewhere and I had a woman I loved with me. Every morning I was woken up with a lovely hug. When my parents met her they soon understood why I moved to the city to be near her, they were so happy for us and wished us a lovely future together.

My partner and I talk about children and our future, I think she understands I would love for my kids to have a childhood like mine, in the country side. I think in a way she would love that too but it is more daunting for her as she has spent her whole life in the City. We occasionallydrive out to have a day in the countryside, I know she loves it there. We just sit on the hills having an intimate hug whilst enjoying the fresh air and view.

Hopefully one day our kids will enjoy this too.
